Pros

WFH, set your own schedule, little to no micromanaging, extensive training about solar and products. Great knowledge if you are trying to get into the solar industry.

Cons

No support, no training on how to sell solar, no work life balance, will end up working at least 7 days a week to try and hit targets, High turnover, Commission based job only, but will be paid minimum wage for the first 3-6 months. can't be sick otherwise they take your whole pipeline away, give it to other people, and make you sign a performance plan to hit an unrealistic goal so they can remove you from the company 2 weeks later.
