      The Energy Industry is evolving and there are many senior employees here who have a vast amount of knowledge. Work environment is formal and mostly friendly Company runs lean as a rule so there is opportunity to wear many hats Great benefits overall

      Because the company is lean, the workload is heavy and often overwhelming. At times, change is slow and met with great resistance.
