      Pros

      It is fully remote, doordash credit on fridays.

      Cons

      Sinking ship, leadership that can't read the room at all. Bad benefits/PTO structure. Expected employees to have ridiculous work ethic and just suffer. Pay is atrociously undermarket which leads to burnout that you can't even treat because you can barely take time off.

      Challenging Start up environment Engagement with commercial real estate clients in New York area Fast-paced – employees have no trouble staying busy and thriving in their work environments and the workday goes by quickly.

      Cons

      Toxic mid-management and unsupportive work culture Demanding – employees are expected to meet unrealistic demands and expectations. Outdated - the organization has failed to move forward over time and isn’t open to innovative ideas and change. Siloed – employees don’t understand their role in the large of the organization or their impact on the end result Unforgiving – employees are reprimanded or even fired for the first transgression rather than corrected and guided.

      Unprofessional and unethical behavior from mid-management to employees. False advertisement of jobs and very poor expectation management.
