      Everyone at this company is like family. Working with legitimately interesting and intelligent scientists, operators, engineers, and other staff was always exciting.

      Cons

      Start-up culture means stress, a lot of work, and the occasional setback, but the support from the rest of the staff makes it worth it to move forward.
