Pros
Nurturing and caring environment. High regard for child rights. Employee-centric management. Allows creativity and innovation. Allows work-from-home when employees' circumstances do so. Celebrates even small achievements from staff. Lots of open doors for training and development for staff. Work-life balance is very good.
Cons
Occasional delayed salary or incentives. Most HR and financial processes are still paper-based. Financial monitoring is very weak. Heavy corruption, favoritism, and nepotism between Philippines-based staff, and executives at its French HQ.
