The company is in growth mode, especially in the U.S. where operations only started a few years ago. That means there’s a ton of opportunity to help build things from the ground up, whether it’s implementing new processes, creating structure, or bringing fresh ideas to the table. If you’re someone who enjoys shaping how things work and being part of a scaling journey, this is a great place to be.
Cons
As with any fast-growing company, things can feel a bit unstructured at times. Priorities shift quickly, and not everything is fully defined yet. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll with change.

Pros
Few very good and experienced people are in the team. Can be greatly beneficial for the growth of the org but no one cares about them
Cons
No one should be trusted. Especially the HR, it’s all a lie. Head of the Departments act like they own the company and mentally abusive.
