Pros

* Leadership are trustworthy, hard working and have strong values * Culture is great...very welcoming, inclusive, supportive and have done well to build such a great culture when a lot of work has been remote of late * Good work is celebrated and you feel valued * Great clients, we work with some of the biggest brands in the UK * Interesting work. I have worked on quite a few high profile projects since I joined and have been trusted to lead them with as much or as little supervision as I want or need * As a small firm people are given responsibility early on if they want it

Cons

* This is not going to be the firm for everyone. Being a smaller business you just won't be able to specialise in one thing as we can't guarantee work in one particular area constantly for one person but watch this space as we are growing quickly and things could change! * You are surrounded by people who really want to see the firm grow and for that reason most people are involved in some sort of internal initiative or other. Again, for some people this can be a Con as it is not always easy balancing client and internal work.

Pros

Grown very well, generally a fun place to work. Lots of good clients (the nature of work isn't exciting at all though)

Cons

Enfuse has a serious EDI problem. In particular, people of colour feel excluded and overlooked. They've tried to address this through some symbolic gestures but nothing of substance. In everything, from promotions, to deal allocation (which is a broken model by itself) to project allocation, its always a certain demographic that's overlooked. Culture is overall still pleasant, but this is a ticking time bomb which the leaders know about and are not addressing enough.

Pros

A truly fantastic place to work. I was so skeptical of all the positive reviews from employees, dismissing them as just another company saying anything to get you through the door. However, this was DEFINETELY not the case with Enfuse; I've only been working here a month but they've really found the perfect recipe for a progressive, inclusive, but also highly accomplished company. They work very hard to ensure all of their employees are happy and work in a way that suits them; but something you can't immediately tell from Enfuse's Linkedin is the calibre of work you'll be assigned to (maybe Enfuse is a little too humble!). Currently clients include McDonald's, The Restaurant Group (who own Wagamamas), Imagination tehcnologies (who develop microchips for TESLA), and so many more high profile clients.

Cons

- We only just hit 30 employees, so it is very much a small company; the nature of which means you'll end up in very varied projects, especially at a junior level which won't be ideal for everyone. But quite frankly the variety of work I can do is one of my main reasons for joining! - Enfuse is a hybrid/flexible working company, which makes it rare to see everyone in person. This is mitigated by having quarterly 'away days' attended by every one to update eachother on current projects, daily (online) morning calls where everybody shares their highlights from the previous and current days, regular socials, and those who crave physical company typically arrange to meet others in a convenient WeWork office (I do this most days!)
