      * reputable company well-recognized in its niche * management is committed to you for the long-term * lots of room to grow and learn * open communication

      Cons

      * if you require structure and mundane task work, this is not the place for you. * it's expanding so have a startup mentality (though it has security that a true startup doesn't). be ready to grow with the company

      -No bonuses or paid days off -Severely underpaid -Management does not understand how anything works and is out of touch with reality -Implements outdated ideas and claims them as “new an innovative” -Management will not give you clear direction, will beat around the bush, and yell at you for not understanding -Will lie and skew numbers and data to fit company goals
