Pros
The kids and parents you work with are amazing. If you like teaching but don't like the extra pressure that comes with being a teacher then this is a great field to be in. The specialist (or Tutors) are responsible for teaching all subjects to students in a one-on-one environment.
Cons
Management can be misleading. They will cut you to increase their bottom line in no time. The amount that you are paid will vary drastically due to the nature of the job. Students will stop sessions, not show up, or will be on a break so the hours will slow down.
