It’s almost been more than 100 days since I have been relieved from the organization, post giving multiple reminders there had been no response from the HR team and the finance team. How you’ll be so unresponsive to not even respond to my emails and calls. If you’ll are having funding then the hell you are asking employees to serve the notice period and not the FNF on time. I am going to financial crisis expecting payment from them for more than 50 days. Please don’t join this company over they just want people to work without appreciation and don’t want to pay the salaries on time.

1. Extend working hours - you have to extend working hours because of work pressure. Also sometimes on weekends you will have to work, if client deliverables are pending. 2. Salary are not on time. The more the salary amount the late it will get credited. 3. Variable pay will be added in your CTC but won't be paid. 4. Full and Final settlement is to be given within 45-60 days as per company rules, but I got my F&F after 9 months for which I had to mail them every week. 5. Higher management does not do their job well.
