Absolutely none. They make you sign a contract that states you cannot be critical of the company for a year after you leave. Micromanaging is the default leadership style here.
Cons
I definitely count working here as being one of the most humiliating experiences of my entire career. For my experience and expertise with the entire Adobe suite, Figma and creativity earned with a Masters degree I was paid a far-below-industry-standard at just 6 lakhs per annum. The work was unfulfilling and churning out assets for the marketing team that bore no impact because they didn't think about strategy. The work environment was incredibly toxic with constant verbal reprimands handed down by leadership and a micromanaging team member who ultimately was the cause for me handing in my resignation early. They pitted the marketing team against sales leading to animosity and resentment. No one was happy. My inputs were often brushed aside and they had pointless KPIs which don't actually impact the product growth but were steps put in place to ensure we were always on our laptops. Post joining a new company where I am valued and respected, where the team members help you grow and encourage you, and where importance is placed on work-life balance, I have realised what an awful situation I'd been in with Engati. Do not join.
