Pros

They're very excited about becoming employee owned. Some good people with good intentions who tried to create a nice culture before the pandemic. Average benefits, but they have them.

Cons

Talks about growth and innovation constantly, but has remained completely stagnant for about 20 years. Too many aging engineers trying to wear too many hats, so other commissioning firms are light years ahead in terms of service offerings and sales ability. The arrogance of the engineers who have voted themselves into C-Suite and Principal roles is palpable and undeserved. COVID just magnified all of that. It's a place where good ideas and passion go to slowly suffocate to death.

Pros

Company is small enough that employees input is heard Nice ESOP Program

Cons

Focus has begun to turn from customer service to high pressure to meet ever increasing profit & sales goals. While this works short term, it causes quality of our deliverables to suffer and will lead to loss of customers (sales) in the future.
