      charges students 17$ and pays teachers 7$ management is clueless you will work 6 days a week with no overtime you will assist with tech stuff without compensation lack of communication recently we can't use Zoom as they sold out our accounts to other users. They give fake certificates

      Pros

      1. The salary rate is high P205 per 50mins. 2. You can choose any time of the day at least 4hrs. / day 3. Aside from teaching IELTS you can also teach Daily English too for students who want to improve their communication skills. 4. For Daily English you will only earn P150/ 50mins. 5. A lot of training and system updates. 6. You use zoom during the conduct of lesson.

      Cons

      1. For trial class, you need to convince your students to book for you and you will be only paid at P90/hr. 2. Successive 3months low booking rate you will be automatically terminated. 3. Few students only depending on peak season. 4. There are really students who want only to avail of the trial class but don't want to book or continue their class with you. 5. They encouraged you to work full time even though they only have few students.
