1. The operation manager is helpful 2. no other pros that i could think of
Cons
1. I was in HR so no one better than me knows the organisation - there is no work ethics whatsoever. 2. everything is hush hush 3. they management lies all the time 4. they cant manage a washroom supply - forget business 5. the director need to grow out of Cartoon world.
