      Pros

      I've worked for the business for many years and have always felt looked after and supported. In these current trying times with COVID-19 all staff have been provided with PC's and everything needed to safely and successfully work from home. Support is ongoing and all staff remain employed on full pay.

      Cons

      No real con's spring to mind.

      Pros

      The CEO purchased 32 laptops for the relevant people to be able to work remotely from home during Covid-19. He also encourages us to have regular meetings online to help keep us all in touch so we feel connected like we are in the office. He has persistently invested in new software to maintain efficiency in the pandemic supporting all government guidelines of social distancing. The support has been so good from the CEO that the whole teams effort levels have risen to standards way above expected and we have now been given the opportunity to work from home once Covid-19 is over when we need to.

      Cons

      I must say I miss the fresh start in the office where we all meet and prepare for the day surrounded by free breakfast subsidized by the CEO. I also miss the positive buzz of the office environment and seeing everyone's happy faces. If there was no Covid-19 then there simply would be no cons to working at Enhanced BDM.

      Pros

      Being able to work from home as CEO purchased 32 laptops so we could carry on working with full pay. Definitely missing the fresh fruit which is provided daily and free. Being able to work from home after the Covid-19 situation. Amazing work environment and buzz.

      Cons

      Cannot think of any, great place to work.
