Working at Enhanced BDM - Project Hub Delivery Executive Enhanced BDM Employee Review

I’ve seen lots of people come and go over the 7 years I was there. Some just can’t sell intangible services to the construction market and blame everything (and everyone) but never themselves, some do well but then get lazy and take the advantage of management team and I’ve seen everything in-between, but one thing I’ve learnt after moving on to pastures new…. You don’t realise how good the company is (and how relaxed and friendly it is) until you move into a different job and company. I earned good money from about 3 months in to the new business role and averaged between £60k - £65k per year until moving on. Early days in new job but probably a mistake to leave.

After a couple of years in, you can get a bit stale and set in your ways because your selling the same services to the same type of market. If you cope with that – great but if you can’t take rejection, don’t bother as you need a thick skin to sell into the construction market.

Been part of the Sales Team now for a little over 6 months. Fantastic group of people - who are always up for a laugh but also get down to business when need be. The team are very supportive and will always look to help by listening into a call or helping close a pitch if you are new/struggling. The Management Team are very easy going and easy to approach if you are having an issue (whether it be work related or personal). The overall atmosphere in the office is great and the moral really does pick up when the Sales Department are doing great - the Management Team and MD are sure to make sure the whole office are involved with little incentives to get the office buzzing throughout the month.

The only con I have is the traffic to and from the office some days! The business as a whole can't be faulted really and I really enjoy working with the guys & girls down here!
