When its good its an amazing place. Earning potential was high as described but you need to work hard to get there.

Cons

Sub contractors are a nightmare to pin down and get on-line to show them the projects we need pricing

a good crew outside of work when they can speak without being monitered

Cons

A nightmare of a workplace. Dome cameras and microphones everywhere. Boss is a self-confessed manic sufferer of OCD and makes life terrible for everyone. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work for this company. It's just a horrible vibe of distrust, spying and all-round bad feeling from the boss

Pros

Came from a telephone sales background without Construction knowledge but the background and industry training was great. Once you can get customers on-line to view the live projects and walk through the visual demo, the business development service is a lot easier to explain and sell. In month 2 and 3 I did target but really started to earn some serious money after month 4 with a 30% commission on top of a decent basic. Loving the place, great atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Selling to this industry is really hard so be prepared for rejection. The management and people involved in the interview process warned me but I didn’t listen to be honest.
