      Fun but terrible business management

      Pros

      Fully remote since COVID. The company organizes a yearly in person event every year. Good environment with the colleagues. The CEO cares about the employees and their well being.

      Cons

      Very highly underpaid. The management pushed the development of a lot of side projects to try to diversify the revenue streams but they never passed the development stage which resulted in a huge waste of time and money.

      I learned everything I need to learn and took everything I can take and did as much as I can!

      The management makes terrible decisions, has awful leadership, and employees suffer horribly! With the LITTLE PAY, work gets more stressful and exhausting!
