      Good salary, some flexibility, nice offices.

      Cons

      I would advise against working with this company as its workplace culture is not conducive to open communication. Attempts to raise issues are often met with hostility and intimidation from senior management.

      Leadership team not credible with a reported history of previous business failure, and now led almost entirely by the same team. All that glitters is not gold.
