Immature leadership

Pros

There are some really great people working there.

Cons

Immature leadership, lack of action, teams have issues collaborating. It’s common that c-levels yell at or diminish their employees. Very weird culture, where highly specialised experts are hired but not trusted to do their jobs.

Pros

I have worked in more than 5 companies before and Enode has the best culture: engaged, humble, motivated and just super nice people all around! People are really committed to the mission, and it's very easy to get inspired by different peers from all across the company. Great perks around vacation and health days, super fun offsites, etc... The hiring process was a great experience too, where I got the change to talk in depth about some of my previous projects and I got to meet my future manager, as well as the CEO and CTO.

Cons

Not enough initiatives to foster engineering growth outside of current work tasks

Pros

- You get to work on a tangible, scalable and impressive solution towards the energy transition & mission is incredibly embedded into the culture. I can genuinely see Enode going very far. - The colleagues Enode has attracted are some of the kindest, yet most impressive people you'll get to work with, the talent density is incredibly high - C-suite leadership are low-ego, empathetic, sensible and strategic - Being a Series A company building product in a new and growing area, you'll be working hard, but you get to have as much flexibility as you need to thrive - Great Series A benefits that show they care about their employees - Strong people leadership from early stage shows that they care about investment into this area - They care about growth and internal mobility - No expense spared to create connectivity in a remote environment with regular and exciting offsites

Cons

Can't think of any right now! Being part of a growing company always means that you'll be pushing yourself to build the company together, i.e. working hard and sometimes long hours, but this is to be very expected of our stage and the product we're trying to build.
