Pros
If you have no plans for your own future this is the place to be! Perfect for people who have no social life or friends and are in love with the idea of corporate slavery.
Cons
I dont know where to start or if I will be able to fit it in this short of a space. To keep it simple, sait culture, not a company but a family business. Take advantage of freshers and try to brainwash and trick them into thinking working for $ 99.17 a month, slaving your life away, 12-14 hours a day, work on weekends for no pay. They even make fun of you if you leave the office once your time is up. They expect you to put everything aside and put the company first. There's bootlickers who have signed up their own brothers in the company and have them slave away, perform tasks that are never part of their jd, not for extra pay but because the boss said so? Try as they might they can never be a corporate company if they are just exploiters, they want bootlickers. They expect you to bear the transport and commute charges in a job that requires travelling 70% of the time. Working in an company that robs people in broad daylight with their comissions, anybody with half a working brain will know that is not right and the ugly truth behind this industry in Pakistan.
