There is no typical day at a place this horrific. The leadership lacks any direction and changes overnight. It's unreal what leadership will tell you and then how they actually act and perform in their jobs. It's one of those places that uses a lot of marketing and sales pitch phrases to make you believe what they are saying. It's all untrue and leadership has no clue what they are doing. This lack of direction from leadership causes so much inconsistency and will make you miserable. They also create a lot of vacancies within the company and then promote people into a fancy job title to backfill. They overload the people that remain with tons of work and stress everyone out to get it done. It's a nightmare... don't work here or do business with these people.

Extremely low pay, no room for advancement, bullying is ignored and even rewarded, certain departments receive better treatment than others, treated like children, and rewarded with food instead of adequate pay and better benefits.
