      Great peers and employees. My team consisted of the kindest, loyal , hard working people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

      No interdepartmental communication. No continuity. There were 5 company leaders in two years. Each one they told us THIS IS THE ONE…. until they fired them a few months later. We were also told several people “retired”when their LinkedIn profiles indicated they were looking for a job. A lot of lying from upper management, including the CHRO. Upper management makes a lot of decisions without understanding the business or what used to make it a great company Current COO is a downright bully with complete lack of respect for employees . Fosters, creates, and rewards toxicity

      There is no typical day at a place this horrific. The leadership lacks any direction and changes overnight. It's unreal what leadership will tell you and then how they actually act and perform in their jobs. It's one of those places that uses a lot of marketing and sales pitch phrases to make you believe what they are saying. It's all untrue and leadership has no clue what they are doing. This lack of direction from leadership causes so much inconsistency and will make you miserable. They also create a lot of vacancies within the company and then promote people into a fancy job title to backfill. They overload the people that remain with tons of work and stress everyone out to get it done. It's a nightmare... don't work here or do business with these people.
