      Some nice people work there

      Cons

      7 presidents in 5 years No direction Owned by private equity firm No interest in people 30% layoffs in last 2 months Out of state executives lack common decency, no genuine integrity, no connection, no understanding of the business. Executives are the spin masters for the PE firm board.

      Pros

      Coworkers were great. My direct leadership was fantastic and showed they cared about me as a person. Had several opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      The company as a whole is just a mess right now. A failed system change upended everything. Company scrambled to recover but judging by the repeated rounds of layoffs that followed, it hasn't been working.

      The people made the place enjoyable. Laid back culture.

      Cons

      Owned by private equity. Tons of layoffs. This company is slowly being dismantled and don't see it being around in a few years.
