      Alright to Good salary. Not too much pressure.

      Cons

      No respect shown from higher ups nor is there any meaningful way to improve and advance career. You can work as little or as much as you can and nothing matters. No communication between higher/lower ups, which translates to toxic work culture. Avoid as an engineer.
