Pros

If you want to learn how to run a scam, then work here.

Cons

They sell hype mixed in with a little smoke and mirrors. For a price they have an answer for everything.

Pros

If you like being inundated with a bunch of useless information on selling techniques, and other ways to feel good about pressuring potential clients into buying something they do not need, then you will find all the "pros" you want. Otherwise, there are NO real redeeming qualities of working here.

Cons

Unethical business practices involving a series of smoke and mirror tricks that would make the world's greatest magicians faint in disbelief. Promises of "unlimited" income based on the ability to sell their services. However, the services are neither wanted (or needed) by potential clients. This is really and truly where the essence of what ESS is doing begins to present itself. An inept group of call centre "minions" aka business coordinators that genuinely think they are coordinating face-to-face appointments with owners of companies. Unfortunately, these business coordinators have below average education and intelligence, in most cases, and they are taught by ESS to outright lie about their products/services in order to get a salesperson in the door. They will talk to whoever will listen at any business, in order to create any type of excuse to get a salesperson a meeting or visit to the business. Upper management in the company (i.e. trainers, senior executives, etc.) make the new sales employee feel that their presentation to potential clients is flawed because of their personality traits and/or their lack of experience in proper selling techniques. This is really a trick to do make a person self evaluate and come to some sort of conclusion that "hey, they must be right, I am no good at being a salesperson". However, if you have some intelligence about you, and really open your eyes to the WHOLE process, you will quickly realize that this is some serious brainwashing. Only then will you do everything you can to rapidly scrub away the "greasy" feeling that this company has left on you! ESS has developed a culture where fast talking and slick wording is used by the sales force to dupe unsuspecting business owners into signing up for a "business analysis". This is really just a precursor an avalanche of future charges and a black hole money pit.
