Owner of the company needs to be more clear with the employees regarding professional goals.

- Too much of Micro management -The founders are not having vision - no proper salary - will make you work for free before giving offer letter in the name of training - no proper leave structure, they will say that they are flexible but I was not given permission of day off on my birthday - they will tell you they are hiring you for coding teacher but then waste 4 hours and give you random work like session management - of you show disinterest they will make you talk to some random employee and ask them to boast about company , that random person will tell how great company is because it allows their kid to be sitting on their laps for one min during the meeting - they will show understanding that you can’t do early morning due to small kid but after joining will force you to work early morning 4 am - not professional they will ask you to do camera on all the time - they can fire you anytime with whatever reason - they ask you for caution deposit of 5000 minimum( which won’t be refundable in case they fire you)
