It’s important to us that everyone at Enthuse feels empowered to do their best work in a supportive and comfortable environment - so we’re disappointed to hear that wasn’t your experience. We encourage managers to provide support and guidance when needed but also to give everyone the autonomy to do their best work. Exit interview feedback is also used to inform decisions and provide feedback to managers individually. This has always been our approach and we continue to invest in our people. We recently carried out an internal comms review with the majority of people saying the level of communication across the business was just right. The introduction of cross-team projects at the start of the year will further strengthen communication between teams. We’re advocates for flexible working, and hybrid working is the norm for most employees, with 3 WFH days a week. We also offer full remote working on a case by case basis as well. Everyone is entitled to work from home during the course of the week and we’d never want anyone to feel judged for doing so.
