I've been associating with Entri.me for last 2 years. I was working in their Kerala office, which has great team, great TL and a great office space. Later, I was transferred to overlook TN category of 'FinAcademy'. Believe me, that was the worst work environment and Manager I ever worked with in my professional life. A Manager who believes in 'Micro-Management', who has serious OCD problems, who thinks only his decisions are the best. He doesn’t care about our insights and suggestions. And he won’t hesitate to torture his associates over call, he just shout. (As if we are the workforce in the 90's) You might think, why won't I escalate this to the management, :D Yup, I did. And they believe that it was 'professionalism'
