Pros
They have a coffee machine and a fridge full of milk. That's about it.
Cons
Toxic culture! Incompetent management! Office space is unsafe with wires and boxes everywhere. They have a mouldy meeting room for years and did not bother to fix it. Office has no view, closed up feels like working in a fish tank and is warm. Zero work like balance. Zero guidance from seniors/managers. Every project is delivered in a rush and with no planning at all. Support is non existent.
