Strong team and learning opportunities in a fast-moving environment
Pros
People are very candid and supportive, and there’s a genuine sense that they care about each other. There’s no toxic competitiveness, and colleagues actually have each other’s backs, which makes a big difference, especially in more challenging moments. The company is also very receptive to feedback and actively adapts as it grows. It feels like it’s constantly evolving, and in many ways already quite different from when I first joined. There’s a lot of space for improvement, and people are open to suggestions, so if you like taking initiative and solving problems yourself, you’ll probably enjoy it. It’s a very fast-paced environment with generally high-quality work, which means you end up learning a lot in a short amount of time. There are also a lot of smart, talented people, which consistently raises the bar and makes it a great place to grow.
Cons
The company is still growing, so priorities can shift, and not everything is always clearly defined. You need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and figuring things out as you go with a lot of ownership. That can be challenging depending on your working style. Also, since the work depends on clients, timelines and projects don’t always move at a perfectly predictable pace. That’s just part of the model, but it does mean you need to be flexible and patient at times. The pace can feel intense during busier periods.
