      Small scale so limited employees, anyone can talk with CEO Shalabh directly

      Cons

      5-10% are female including HR, 25-30% are Muslim employees, Mostly, the boss's relatives are working in the company, so very limited employees are good so don't trust anyone. Always do partiality between Muslims and Hindus; Muslims receive good hike even if they are fool, but Hindus do not. Lots of micromanagement the CEO sometimes work/interrupt work of JR developers, tons of project managers with no background of technical skills even they promoted the ex HR as project manager just because she had good relationship with Chandan the co-founder of ENVEU.
