Great people on staff who are driven and have years of experience in real estate redevelopment.
Cons
The CEO has run this company, which merged with the well-reputed Brownfield Partners, into the ground. Years of BP's blood, sweat and tears have unfortunately culminated in EFG going into shut-down mode and slowly eliminating staff until projects are complete and the doors can close.
