Pros

Being new to this industry I found the salary and benefits to be decent.

Cons

In recent years it seems the management is confused. Changes are frequent and chaotic. Some of the most experienced have left. Operations is struggling even when there is no major work load.

Thank you for your feedback, as well as for your time spent with our team here in SoCal. It is unfortunate that your experience with us resulted in a negative outlook and a sentiment to not recommend our team; however, your comments here have afforded us the opportunity to review, reflect, and respond...which is an opportunity we don’t always have. I believe the majority of your sentiments can be tied to our current growth trajectory; some call it growing pains. We have doubled our revenue the last three years. To maintain our culture as we grow, the need for “the right people, right fit” is a necessity. We are in a booming industry, so workforce challenges are exacerbated with short supply and high demand. With all that being said, we still need folks because we are growing...and to say that we experienced a period of being understaffed would be an understatement. I’m proud to say the team performed with excellent results. As much as we would love to have the “right people, right fit” person be an experienced industry professional, we also believe that someone with a cultural and motivational fit can provide the same upside to our team. When we do this, we recognize that we may sacrifice experience, but it works because technical skills can be taught and gained from in house experience. Cultural and motivational fit are more critical to the success of our business and can’t be taught. We’re willing to put in the time and effort to build the technical skills in our team to make sure that they are successful, and I think our results speak for themselves. I’m hopeful that your issues have been addressed, but mostly thankful for the opportunity to do so. Challenges are frequent and chaotic; and we will continue to look for “the right people, right fit” team members that are best apt to help us face and learn from those challenges to lead us to continued success. Should you want to discuss any of this in further detail, I more than welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally. Thank you. Travis Fletcher Branch Manager

Leadership Problems

Pros

Exciting projects, decent benefits, and reputation of the parent company.

Cons

Leadership is overly focused on building a Sales organization and does very little to support Operations in actually executing work. Operations employees are becoming more and more overloaded with little hope of Management actually implementing a business plan with the correct staffing. CEO is out of touch with employees and the industry, and has caused significant turnover of some of the most promising employees.

Pros

Envise on paper is a great idea that is needed in the marketplace, with great core values and a great mission. Great benefits, very competitive pay, very entreprenurial company.

Cons

The informal culture, at least on the East Coast, isn't in alignment with the formal culture and values of the company. Local leadership is disengaged, there is a lack of trust in leadership, and corporate leadership rarely seems to be involved with the local business.
