      If you lack the necessary knowledge for your role, you may quickly become frustrated and struggle to complete tasks that a properly qualified individual would handle with ease.

      There really are none to speak of.

      Cons

      The leadership at this company is the saddest excuse for senior leadership I've ever had the displeasure of witnessing. The company does pay for health insurance and gives a gas card but they are both constantly shut off.

      Pros

      Not your average general contractor. Everyone in the company is working towards a shared vision. Tech-forward and innovative, fast growing and competitive. Management cares about employees. Great benefits like 100% health/vision/dental. Overall a good team to be part of.

      Cons

      Rarely just 9-5, often early mornings and late evenings. Requires some "startup" energy so it's not for everyone.
