      Pros

      TOP learning of how NOT to run business. Magnificent multicultural experience. Lots of traveling, lots of responsibility.

      Cons

      Do not trust any promise coming from employer. Bonus will never be paid. You are hired by outsourcing and will never be hired by law so in other words you are to be hired with the least responsibility from employer, no licenses, no recognitions, no bonus, travel without visa, finance the company with your own credit card. In other words: it is like running "your own company" with no backup from the company and nothing in return.
