- All talk, everything looks good on paper. - The location was ideal. - Working indoors.

-Manager comes in late almost daily. - The company fails to fulfill its contract promises, offering reasons that were completely outside the scope of the agreement. - You are forced to work well over time, by hours. - The manager lies, despite having documentation and messages that contradict his claims. - The manager relies on the word of one employee, influenced by her cultural standards. This employee also tends to no show on a regular basis. - The manager takes the word of one employee based on her cultural standards.

The company has a fast-paced work environment, which made each day go by very fast. They genuinely cared about their employees’ well-being and growth. One of the best aspects was their recognition and appreciation for top performers. They never hesitated to reward employees who consistently went above and beyond. They encouraged and acknowledged hard work, making it a motivating environment.
Cons
You need to prove yourself in the first year but once you prove yourself, they recognize it and reward you.
