      Pros

      gives a great opportunity to the fresher. Gives training on new tool which will shape the future.

      Cons

      They take money as an entry fee to join the office. There is a two-year bond, and they keep the original certificates with them. They do not return the certificates under any circumstances, even in emergencies, regardless of the employee’s contributions or the profits generated for the company

      Salary delay some of them didn't get salary post 3 months

      Cons

      They will not provide any variable pays actually the salary amount 300000 but at the end per month they will credite 160000
