      Pros

      One of the best company in terms of career growth , uses latest technologies , Fast paced learning environment. Startup Approch in terms of learning but more than 20 years old company , job security is there. Salary comes on time. Can gain good banking domain knowledge .Has many banking projects. You will gain more knowledge even if you spend one year as compared to 3years in MNC.

      Pros

      Ample learning opportunity but depends upon manage what they want you to learn.Very difficult to learn under pressure.

      Cons

      Had four years of experience, still they treated me very badly as if I know nothing, the head of testing team themselves become manager, they think as they are developer , lots of backbiting. Very miser , no increment . No professionalism. They will vent out their personal anger created in their own mind from time to time.
