Thank you for your feedback! I am saddened to hear that you found our work environment toxic. We provide free lunches four days a week, transit subsidies, company team nights, and upon request we also invest in a persons growth outside of the office. As you know we have an open door policy where anyone can book a 15 minute meeting with anyone in management to discuss challenges or to simply chat about whatever comes to mind. Being a young startup we value your opinion and will be working to ensure that everyones experience goes as well as possible.

Pros

- A lot of room for increased compensation, personal/professional growth - Being a part of a smaller team means your ideas are heard and considered on all levels - Free catered lunches and pressed juices AMAZING FOOD - Full medical benefits package - Shareholder agreements for equity in company - Fun, flexible, and enjoyable environment with good company culture and team morale

Cons

- Essentially working at all times whether at home or in office, can get overwhelming if you have a very busy extra-curricular lifestyle - Small team makes is harder to take vacation days just by the nature of autonomous job responsibilities - Low starting pay, but can be quickly increased in a very short time due to accounts constantly being assigned to you

Jeez, if being a CEO doesnt work out for me perhaps I should audition for Yuk Yuks? (Please don’t answer that) Jokes aside, thank you for your honesty. All of the cons mentioned have been a focal point for the leadership team over the last 2 years and based on recent employee feedback, have been remedied... Almost... I believe ‘work-life-balance’ can still use some work and I would be lying if I said that will be completly remedied soon. However the implementation of flex mornings, work from home Fridays and unlimited vacation days are here to stay in the interim :)
