      Good for nothing. Place when you are desperate for earn money when you don't have any choice.

      Cons

      - Full with stupids leading the technical team - Favoritism, nepotism and bias - Your performance will based on how good you being a yes man to the bosses - Stupids everywhere - No career development to those good in technical knowledge and sincere in working - Technical Solution HOD acting like a postman. No technical knowledge and don't know how to manuever the team.
