      Pros

      Good Knowledge to be gained Co workers are really good Good infrastructure Good Salary and On time payment. Owner of the company is willing to do Good to its employees.

      Cons

      Local HRD very unsupportive, very unrespectfull nature towards Employees, Aggressive, doesn't have necessary technical knowledge of Chemical industry work culture. Fearfull environment. What ever Position you hold , you will be treated unrespectfuly by the Local HRD. Job security is an issue.
