      Pros

      You get to spend time with horses. The colleagues are generally nice.

      Cons

      The board is too involved and micromanaging. The management needs to improve. The staff is basically doing things way beyond their jobscopes and obviously underpaid. No proper HR system In terms of welfare, it's out of employee good will. No AWS and bonus are depends. High turnover rate

      Covering up problems

      Pros

      - Animals are of course the first good reason - Some people are reasonable I guess

      Cons

      - Management seems to be either incompetent or ignorant - Almost everybody covers up problems and is ok with pretending everything is alright - Cannot report anything because you will be bullied out, despite having CCTV and multiple eyewitness accounts of the bullying
