The benefits are great: lovely team members, remote working flexibility, unlimited holiday policy
Cons
However, the culture leaves much to be desired: the management makes strategic decisions out of the blue without real deliberation, leaving the teams to work on a new commercial focus every 6 months. Unfortunately, great managers are being undermined by micro-management, unrealistic expectations and hardly any decision-making power that is not questioned relentlessly.
