If you like toxic culture or If you want to talk behind people's back and indirect bully people and judge people by metrics you're good here
Cons
The Management leaders that are unprofessional and indirectly bullies their team and the impossible metrics with old machinery and expect you to die for work for a single dime and made you work earlier and choose to skip the break to get the metrics and glorify the people who is getting sick just to work it was really unhealthy and disturbing. The culture was toxic and specially a company that data privacy is a must but spread the news of a pwd team member it was disgusting
