      there are no pros to working at Equiti. it is a heightened workplace that is driven by politics which is driven by senior management to ensure that staff are always on edge

      this is the worst company i have worked for. its not a family like some say. its the mafia. management continually lie and underdeliver to staff, but still expect to squeeze everything out of staff. there is no real HR function other than intimidation and so there is no transparency over bonus or salary. it is a toxic work place and they want it to run that way

      There are a few kind people. We are provided with free lunch and the office looks great.

      Cons

      Bullying and gossiping is a major issue in this company. People get jealous and spread lies around. People try to get too close to know about your personal life and talk about it like it's probably the only exciting thing.

      good reputation provide lunch & healthcare

      -you have to be friends with the CEO to survive in this company. -incapable people become managers because they are friends with CEO -HR cares more on what you wear rather if you are happy and enjoy working with them. -HR is rude and don't know how to communicate - If you are not arab, you barely survive with them.
