      Pros

      I love working for Ergon Retail. The job is tough but rewarding. The people are inspiring and friendly. Lower level management is invaluable.

      Cons

      Get the odd abuse by a customer. But that’s a given in this role. Since the change of company structure, there is limited growth opportunity.
