      Non. Eris property group is toxic, especially to black staff members.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. No autonomy, low compensation, and incentives in generals. No bonus structure. However, the executives pay themselves well.

      The benefits has really gone down. They will not hire more people. the workload just gets heavier. Salary increases is pathetic
