Pros

The other sales reps are fantastic and helpful! They are all in the same boat as you and more veteran reps are always willing to give tips.

Cons

Absolutely no feedback. I was never reprimanded or warned and was on track to meet my first sales goal and I was let go with no notice. Since I'd taken a pay cut to come work here after 6 months of being recruited by them, this was a very poor outcome.

Pros

The buyers and other office staff are very helpful. Also, the warehouse staff are incredibly friendly. The owner is a very sweet older gentleman but besides that you are set up to fail.

Cons

Management does not care about you at all. I know of several people that they trick into leaving their current positions to work for them. I can't believe a company will heartlessly hire so many people with families and children only to let them go with no notice or reason. If you do not bend over backwards to share your private life or listen to their life stories instead of working you will be shunned. If you do not put on a fake smile and chit chat with the older ladies you will be reported and forced to talk to them more. Work people. Or don't lie about the family environment and let people be genuine without judgement or expectations of people's personalities be the same as yours. Stay away from this company!

Pros

If you have book of business they are interest to tap in, they will hard-sell this job position to you with every benefits "imaginable". Office staffs and buyer will do their best to assist you "with company's buying power" to win the bid from your prospects and customers.

Cons

Before you accept this job, you will need to have your book of business that is ready to buy right now. Start from zero will only lead you up to 60 days max to get fired after their training. This company will let you go without warning and their price is not competitive at all if you seeking mid-to-large accounts. Have bunch small accounts who buy min $300/order will not pay the salary company pay you.
