Worst management ever. The chairman, Lim Lay Yew treats everyone in the company as slave and will simply scold the employee with all the bad words just because he is not in good mood. No job security. He will fire employee without valid reason and the employee will be assigned to do all irrelevant task. Be prepare to relocate to other country like middle east. Never join this company.

There is no followed hierarchy and I really felt there is no employee respect from the owners of the company. I was under the chairman and I was very often embarrassed in front of many people. Its not that im not performing but more of that is how he treats his employees. In fact, most of the time we work for more than 12 hours a day but that was never appreciated in fact more work is given and he gets very angry why the work was not done. In addition, he fires employees anytime so thee is really no job security at all. People come and go and has very high turn over rate..
